<p>GENICHESK. TAVRIA. Kherson Region Governor Vladimir Saldo congratulated Semyon Chumachenko, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, on Victory Day. In honor of the holiday, he presented the war veteran with a washing machine and a TV set, and organized so-called Victory Parade with the participation of an orchestra and a march of soldiers in front of veteran's house.</p>
