Mishustin: integration of new regions is a priority in the work of the authorities
<p><strong>GENICHESK. TAVRIA.</strong> A Coordination Council chaired by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin discussed important issues of material and social support for participants and veterans of the special military operation. During the meeting, it was noted that one of the priorities is the integration of Donbass and Novorossiya into the unified socio-economic space of Russia.</p> <p>Mishustin stressed the importance of bringing these regions up to the all-Russian level in terms of all indicators. A comprehensive development program has already been launched for this purpose. It includes various spheres: economy, infrastructure, health care, education, culture and sports. It was also approved a profile state program aimed at the development of these territories.</p> <p>In addition, since 2022, specialists have restored more than 18 thousand objects. Among them: 6.5 thousand residential houses and social institutions, more than two thousand kilometers of motorways.</p> <p>Earlier “Tavria” reported on <a href="https://api-en.tavria.tv/news/in-2024-233-billion-rubles-have-been-allocated-to-support-children-from-the-new-regions-of-russia/">a large-scale program to support children from the reunified territories.</a> In 2024, 233 billion rubles will be allocated under the program.</p>
