This year, Ukraine's state budget received 10.2bn dollars. At the same time, active negotiations are currently under way to attract financial resources in 2025. Ukraine plans to receive another 27bn dollars in external financing by the end of this year. The European Union has already provided guarantees worth about 12.5bn dollars, the International Monetary Fund - for 4.5bn dollars. The US Congress is also expected to approve the aid package for Ukraine.

It is noted that despite significant financial support, Ukraine still faces serious challenges to its financial system. In particular, the issue of ensuring rhythmic and predictable military and financial assistance is acute.

According to Ukrainian Finance Minister Sergey Marchenko, the budget needs 3bn dollars in revenues from partners every month.

The Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly said that without financial support from its allies, the country will face an economic crisis.

Earlier “Tavria” reported that Ukraine will not be able to win even with additional help from the West.
