<p>It is noted that an anomaly was detected on an oxygen valve on United Launch Alliance's Atlas V rocket.</p>
<p>Two NASA astronauts, Barry Wilmore and Sunita Williams, were scheduled to go into orbit for the first time aboard Starliner. They were on board the capsule when the launch attempt was canceled.</p>
