<p>GENICHESK. TAVRIA. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the West has understood Russian President Vladimir Putin's warning about possible deliveries of Russian weapons to other countries.</p>
<p>As the Minister stated, there are still people in the Western countries who are capable of analyzing the situation and not just engage in escalation for political gain.</p>

<p>"They are just engaged in escalation for the sake of pleasing their radical electorate and so every day before some election campaign. I think they will understand. Or it's better say, they will understand and make conclusions. This is absolutely, as they say, a symmetrical response,” Lavrov said.</p>
