GENICHESK. TAVRIA. The New York Times reports that President Joe Biden is now under pressure to allow the Ukrainian Armed Forces to use NATO weapons to strike Russian territory.

Biden fears this could escalate the conflict, but the Ukrainian has already used American weapons to attack Russian territory on multiple occasions. Tonight, for example, eight ATACMS missiles were destroyed over the Black Sea.

"Approving further uses of U.S. weapons would give Kyiv a way to conduct counterattacks on artillery and missile sites that now enjoy something of a safe haven just inside Russia," is stated in the article.

RT also provided information about how far Western munitions can fly:

  • the range of French HAMMER bombs and AGM-88B missiles is 60 and 80 km, they can reach border settlements, including Belgorod;
  • GLSDB shells, ATACMS Block I missiles can fly 130-135 km, if they are installed 30 km from the border with Russia, they will reach Bryansk, Kursk, Taganrog and others;
  • ATACMS Block IA and QRU, SCALP-EG and Storm Shadow missiles have a range of 300 km, they can reach Voronezh, Orel, Lipetsk;
  • Tekever AR3 drones can fly 1000 km and reach St. Petersburg, Kazan, Samara.

Biden's national security aides are now actively discussing the issue. The President has so far remained silent, as he always does before making an important political decision.
