<p><strong>GENICHESK. TAVRIA.</strong> The new draft law on migrants in Russia involves the introduction of electronic registration of foreigners living in Russia. The head of the Union of Political Emigrants and Political Prisoners of Ukraine, Larisa Shesler, said in an exclusive interview with the Tavria TV-Radio Company.</p> <p>She noted that foreign citizens come to Russia in order to find work, study or reunite with their family.</p> <blockquote> <p>"Thee-four million citizens of other countries permanently reside on the territory of the Russian Federation," said Larisa Shesler.</p> </blockquote> <p>At the same time, she emphasized that the country's migration legislation requires improvement.</p>

GENICHESK. TAVRIA. The new draft law on migrants in Russia involves the introduction of electronic registration of foreigners living in Russia.
