Half of Ukrainians polled believe that society is disconnected

<p>GENICHESK. TAVRIA. The Kiev International Institute of Sociology has conducted a survey which showed that half of the Ukrainians polled believe that society is disunited. 15% of respondents believe that there is no unity in the society; 36% are convinced that there are both signs of split and signs of unity in Ukraine; the rest believe that Ukrainians are united.</p> <p>Respondents pointed out the following reasons for the split:</p> <ul> <li>corruption — 16%;</li> <li>language — 14%;</li> <li>incompetence of the authorities — 13%;</li> <li>different feeling of war — 11% ("not all regions feel the threat of war", "there is no mutual understanding between those who are at the front and those who are at the rear").</li> </ul> <p>Earlier TRC Tavria <a href="https://en.tavria.tv/news/society/ukraine-has-sent-thousands-of-prisoners-to-the-frontline/">reported</a> that Ukraine is continuing a campaign to release prisoners to join the war effort. Thousands of criminals have already been sent to the Ukrainian army.</p>
