US deploys Abrams tanks and armored vehicles at NATO base in Poland
<p><strong>GENICHESK. TAVRIA.</strong> The US has delivered the first shipment of tanks and armored vehicles to NATO base in Powidz, Poland, reports Stars and Stripes, a Pentagon publication.</p>
<p>It is noted that 14 Abrams tanks and the M88 armored recovery vehicle have already arrived at the base in Poland. The command plans to increase the number of tanks at the base to 85.</p>
<p>The publication also emphasized that the new equipment will be able to arm an entire armored brigade.</p>
