TAVRIA.</strong> Economist Ivan Lizan in an exclusive interview with "Tavria" told about promising sectors of agriculture, which can become leading in the new regions.</p> <blockquote> <p>“Dairy production has a chance to become the leading one, because the market for dairy products is not secured. Yes, you can always bring ready-made dairy products from other regions of Russia, but it is much more profitable to produce them locally," Lizan said.</p> </blockquote> <p>He also noted the great potential in the cultivation and processing of fruits and vegetables, stressing that the Kherson region has an extremely favorable climate for this.</p> <blockquote> <p>“It is necessary to plant new orchards and create new plots for growing cucumbers and tomatoes and to process them. GENICHESK. TAVRIA. Economist Ivan Lizan in an exclusive interview with "Tavria" told about promising sectors of agriculture, which can become leading in the new regions.

“Dairy production has a chance to become the leading one, because the market for dairy products is not secured. Yes, you can always bring ready-made dairy products from other regions of Russia, but it is much more profitable to produce them locally," Lizan said.
